Rules & Regulations

Security Cameras

For your safety and security, please be aware that security cameras are installed on the exterior of the villa. There are no cameras in any private areas or inside the villa to ensure your complete privacy.

We kindly request guests to respect the property and its belongings. Any damages will be subject to charges. Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 PM to respect our neighbors.

Fees & Add-ons

Cleaning Fee: A mandatory charge of rs 500 per booking.
Gas Charges: A charge of rs 1000 for use of the kitchen stove.

Optional Add-ons

Enhance your stay with our food service and barbecue facilities, available upon request. Please inquire for pricing and arrangements.
